Who am I?
Hi, I’m Claudia.
I’m a life coach who helps people reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and transition from feeling stuck to feeling like they are actively in charge of their lives.
If you’re reading this, then you are exactly the type of person I’d love to help; someone with the willingness to make a change, and intent to take action.
At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: the answers are already within you. As your life coach, my role isn’t to tell you what to do. Instead, I will guide you through the right questions, reflections, and discoveries that will enable you to uncover what you truly want and establish how to move towards it with conviction.
Through working with me, people are able to understand themselves on a deeper level - their values, motivations, patterns, and purpose.Through this process of self-discovery, my clients transition from a passive to proactive state, where instead of letting life happen to them, they design the route ahead. Their decision-making becomes clearer, confidence grows, and life feels more aligned.
My coaching style is centred around creating a genuine, future-focused partnership with you. While therapy tends to explore the past, my life coaching is pivotal around possibility and forward momentum. Together, we will focus on where you want to go and what needs to shift to get you there. I’ll always be on your side - part champion, part guide, creating a space where you feel supported, motivated, unjudged, and heard.
