Workplace Wellbeing
A practical, human approach to performance, focus, and better collaboration.
Most workplace wellbeing programmes treat the consequences of stress as the problem. I see that as putting a plaster over a wound. You might temporarily solve how you feel, but unless you look at what’s underneath, the problem will persist. That's why I focus on what's causing the stress : distraction, overload, unclear direction, poor boundaries, and the internal pressure to prove yourself - and offer tools to do something about them.
These are not vague wellness sessions. They’re grounded, focused, and based on real change. Tried and tested strategies to help people think clearly, work sustainably, and perform at their best.
With a decade of experience in high-pressure creative industries - spanning fundraising, global campaigns, United Nation events, tv and film production, and coaching - I understand what it takes to stay focused, energised, and effective without burning out.
