“A Seasonal Reset ” - London Lunch

12pm - 5pm, 13 September 2026

Neighbourhood Apothecary, Hackney

A Sunday afternoon in September, spent reflecting on your year so far, looking at where you are now and how you’d like the rest of 2026 to unfold.

Join an intimate group session led by Claudia Guinness, followed by a harvest dinner cooked by Olivia Cavalli using late summer and early autumn produce.

A moment to reset and nourish through connection, perspective and a shared meal.

What you can expect

We'll start with a chance to meet each other properly. From there, Claudia will lead a 90-minute guided group session: journalling, reflective exercises, and small-group discussions to help you check in with your year so far and think about what you want from the next four months. While it's a group experience, there's no pressure to share - the exercises are designed to be as private or as open as you'd like them to be. Every guest will be given a free Papier diary to take home.

We'll then move to one long table for a 3-course lunch cooked by chef Olivia Cavalli, using late-summer and early-autumn produce. Soft drinks will be served throughout the day.

September always brings that back-to-school feeling of a fresh start. This is your chance to pause, take stock, and head into autumn with a bit more clarity, alongside people doing the same thing.

This is for anyone who

  • Feels like the year has moved fast and wants a proper pause to check in with themselves before it's over.

  • Is ready to swap busyness for a slower, more intentional afternoon.

  • Wants to get clear on what they're taking into the rest of 2026 and what they're leaving behind.

  • Is looking to meet new people who are also curious about living with more purpose.

  • Loves the idea of putting pen to paper and actually planning out what's next.

  • Wants to spend an afternoon eating good food, in good company, with a bit of quiet reflection.

About Claudia

Claudia is a life coach who helps people reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move from feeling stuck to feeling in charge of their lives. She runs retreats in Tuscany and events across London, creating spaces for people to find real community in a world where that's become harder to come by.

At this lunch, she'll lead an intention-setting session designed to help you reflect on your year so far and get clear on how you want the rest of 2026 to unfold. Her approach is simple: the answers are already within you. Rather than telling you what to do, she'll guide you through the right questions to help you uncover what you truly want and how to move towards it.

About Olivia

Olivia's family originates in Emilia Romagna, and Italian food traditions have been ingrained in her from a young age. She began her career in food writing before moving into restaurants in London and Italy. Her cookbook Stagioni celebrates seasonal Italian cooking.
